胎教太“勤奮”當心適得其反
核心提示：對待胎教不能太過殷切的，只要順其自然就好。那麼，什麼樣的胎教心態才是有益的呢？在進行胎教時要避開哪些誤區呢？
一、端正胎教心態
1、科學的態度、正確的目的
胎教是為了使每個普通的孩子通過培訓，心身發育更健康、更聰明，提高其綜合素質水準。而不該象某些宣傳誤導的那樣，是為了培養天才、神童。天才在人群中畢竟是少數。而胎教的主要目的是讓孩子的大腦、神經系統及各種感覺機能、運動機能發展更健全完善，為生後接受各種刺激、訓練打好基礎，使孩子對未來的自然與社會環境具有更強的適應能力。
2、必要的知識、冷靜的頭腦
現在準備養育孩子的父母常感困惑——社會上種類繁多的“方案”不斷描述著照此培養出的孩子如何“超常”“早慧”，使年輕的父母們不忍心讓自己的孩子落伍，也紛解囊參加培訓或購買“方案”。其實這些“方案”中有一些就是打著“科學”“專家”的旗號在誤導父母們、有的指導思想就是遺傳決定論，有的明顯違背兒童發展的自然過程、有的只是為了經濟目的。因此建議父母在準備懷孩子之前，應從正規的專業單位及管道學習一些有關兒童發展方面的知識，包括孕期心理衛生、兒童心理與教育學及胎教早教的有關常識。這能使自己做到心中有數，保持冷靜的頭腦，善於識別和選擇適合自己的方法。
二、避開胎教誤區哮喘
1、拍打“胎教”
有人建議，當胎兒踢肚子時，母親可輕輕拍打被踢部位，然後再等第二次踢肚。胎兒再踢，母親就再拍打。每天早晚兩次，每次3～5分鐘。據說，生下來的寶寶在聽、說和使用語言方面都能獲得最高分，有助於孩子的智力發展。
告訴你真相：從剛生下來寶寶的生活狀態我們就可以瞭解到，小寶寶除了要吃東西填飽肚子睜開眼外，大部分時間都是在睡眠中度過，就連大小便他也可以閉著眼完成。對新生的寶寶你會早晚兩次每次3～5分鐘地去拍打他嗎？而且，當他還在腹中的時候，胎動並不是閑來無事在和你做遊戲，他可能是伸個懶腰，或換個睡姿。你對他的拍打很容易引起他的煩躁不安，這並不能起到胎教的作用。
2、胎教音樂越大聲越好
許多孕媽媽進行胎教時，卻是直接把答錄機、收音機等放在肚皮上，讓胎寶寶自己聽音樂。這是不正確的。在現實生活中，有不少孕媽媽，把“胎教音樂”當作培養“神童”的智力胎教法寶，這是一種認識誤區，特別是不合格的胎教音樂磁帶，將會給母腹中的小寶寶造成一生無法挽回的聽力損害，應引起准媽媽們的警省。
告訴你真相：胎寶寶在母親肚子裏長到4個月大時就有了聽力，長到6個月時，胎寶寶的聽力就發育得接近成人了。這時進行胎教，確實能刺激胎寶寶的聽覺器官成長，促進孩子大腦發育。正確的音樂胎教方式應該是孕媽媽經常聽音樂，間接讓胎寶寶聽音樂。此時胎寶寶的耳蝸雖說發育趨於成熟，但還是很稚嫩，尤其是內耳基底膜上面的短纖維極為嬌嫩，如果受到高頻聲音的刺激，很容易遭到不可逆性損傷。
因此，進行音樂胎教時傳聲器最好離肚皮2釐米左右，不要直接放在肚皮上；音頻應該保持在2000赫茲以下，雜訊不要超過85分貝。另外對孕媽媽來說，最好不要聽搖滾樂，也不要聽一些低沉的音樂，多聽一些優美舒緩的音樂，對孕媽媽、對胎寶寶才都有好處。
3、所有世界名曲都合適胎教
都說經過胎教的嬰兒特別聰明，但具體該怎麼教，沒有人能說得明白，許多准媽媽都知道給胎兒聽世界名曲是一種不錯的方法，早在懷孕初期就買來了專為嬰兒準備的胎教答錄機和各種世界名曲，每天一有時間就把答錄機放在肚子上讓胎兒聽。大部分的准媽媽們都知道胎教的益處，但卻不知道正確的方法，因此在進行胎教時多是採取最常見的一種做法，就是聽世界名曲。
告訴你真相：經過科學驗證，正確的胎教對於胎兒的神經等系統發育有著極大的益處，這樣的寶寶十分聰明。給胎兒聽音樂的做法是有可取性的，音樂對於胎兒的成長有好處，但是人們不管是什麼音樂全部都拿來聽，有些人還長時間地把專用的胎教機放在肚子上，讓胎兒聽，認為這樣做就是最好的胎教了，其實不然。首先胎教要定時、定點，每天孕婦可以設定半個小時的時間來聽音樂，時間不宜過長。其次在選擇音樂時要有講究，不是所有世界名曲都適合進行胎教的，最好要聽一些舒緩、歡快、明朗的樂曲，而且要因時、因人而選曲。在懷孕早期，妊娠反應嚴重，可以選擇優雅的輕音樂；在懷孕中期，聽歡快、明朗的音樂比較好。
4、胎教可以隨時隨地進行
胎兒絕大部分在睡眠中度過，因此為了盡可能不打攪寶寶的睡眠，胎教的實施要遵循胎兒生理和心理發展的規律，不能隨意進行。
告訴你真相：首先，胎教要適時適量。要觀察瞭解胎兒的活動規律，一定要選擇胎兒覺醒時進行胎教，且每次不超過20分鐘。其次，胎教要有規律性。每天要定時進行胎教，讓胎兒養成規律生活的習慣，同時也利於出生後再認，為其他認知能力的發展奠定基礎。第三，胎教要有情感交融。在施教過程中，母親應注意力集中，完全投入，與胎兒共同體驗，建立起最初的親子關係。
良好的環境對寶寶的生長比外界的刺激更有利於胎兒的生長發育。而對於胎兒而言，良好的環境就是媽媽心情愉快，營養充足，那對寶寶而言就是最原生態，最有力的胎教。
5、胎教越早開始越好
有的夫妻當知道自己即將做父母後，立刻就說要為寶寶做胎教，但其實這麼早做胎教不僅沒有作用，而且可能會影響寶寶的生長發育。

胎兒絕大部分時間都是在睡眠中度過，而睡眠也是讓胎兒迅速生長發育的方式，准父母們在寶寶還沒有足夠的認知、記憶能力的時候就進行胎教，既沒有意義，更可能騷擾到胎兒睡眠，也影響到他們的生長發育。
